Relays have a wide range of application in industry.Even with the advent of electronic control such as PLC and other solid state devices such as thyristors,the electromechanical relay still retain a high level of acceptance.

We can found relay in every where such as control panel,equipment and machinery.It is common use for automation and motor control application.

The reason for this is that for simple types of control,relay offer a cost effective solution.They are available in a large range of configurations from small of only 10mm in length with multiple contact pair for data communication,to large relay called contactor for carrying heavy current loads in applications such as switching 3 phase motors. read more

How we can make the PLC functioning properly to control the machine?We need to stored the PROGRAMMABLE CONTROL SYSTEM  into the PLC memory.We need the special PLC PROGRAM to written the PLC language.For that task..we need the PC or LAPTOP to run the programming software :D

After we make a sketch for the diagram control circuit,we need to transfer into the Programming Language using the special software provide by PLC maker. This a the best part when we need to draw the diagram into the program.We need study the user manual first before can done properly :D

This device is typical in control panel or automation industry.The main purpose of RECTIFIER is to convert from  AC ( alternating current ) to DC ( direct current ).It common use because now in market,all control device is using DC power supply.It safe and energy efficiency.

Usually when we choose to control our machine or equipment using PLC or Electronic Device,We need DC ( direct Current ) power supply.The range common use in world wide is from 12 VDC until 24 VDC.So we use the RECTIFIER to convert from 110 VAC or 240VAC power supply to DC power supply :D

This equipment is very common in industrial over the world.It use in many equipment and machinery.It make the processing more easier to handling.

In general,PLC  is a collection of electronic device which are in  place to ensure the stability,accuracy and smooth transition of a process or manufacturing activity.The relay,timer,counter,preset counter and many more control device built in this device.We can integrate with many output device  like motor,solenoid,heater,lamp,buzzer and etc.

We can use the software to create the wiring control design.it very easy and just use the symbol or icon in the diagram,we can control anythings.The software are depend on manufacturing of PLC likes mitsubishi ( GX-Developer ),Keyence ( KV Builder ),OMRON ( Syswin ),SEIMENS ( Mirco win ),LG ( KGL WIN ) and etc.I will discuss about PLC SOFTWARE more in my next post :D read more
